The client needed an iPhone mobile app that can make the property data and parcel data more accessible to the end-users. He wanted a feature-rich platform that can help him save time, increase productivity, and provide the users with the utmost convenience.
The client had a tough time finding a trustworthy company in North Carolina to get his app developed. He reached out to us, and we set up a few meetings, and then we went from there.
We scheduled several meetings throughout the discovery phase to gather the functional and non-functional requirements.
After a thorough analysis, we advised our client to go for an app that has a user-friendly interface with excellent features. We always focus on creating designs that focus on end-users. We created wireframes and designs that were aimed to provide an exceptional user experience.
It took us around five months to create a complete mobile application.
We had the challenge to create a multi-functional app that has all the essential features of a real-estate app as well as some unique features to set it apart from the rest.
We added interactive maps and search functionalities to provide easy access to essential data related to a property. The information includes – property owner contact information, property tax value, use of GPS within area maps detailing the current location, property lines, structures, topography, soil types, and much more.
Our team designed some unique measurement features such as measurement of the distance while viewing maps. The application also supports offline maps.
Today, the Parcelr app is being used by several realtors, real estate investors, developers, farmers, and hunters to find property information.
It’s a subscription-based app. It is now being used by around 4000 users.
