Networking is at the core of every business. Even in today’s digital landscape, those face to face networking opportunities are arguably more important than ever.
We believe in technology AND people
At Imagninovation, we believe in the power of technology. It’s what our business is based on – building relationships between businesses and their customers online. However, we always keep in mind the reality of the people that are on the other side of those bits and bytes of information. The world isn’t full of numbers, it’s full of flesh and blood individuals.
For business owners, there’s just no technology that can possibly replace the power of building relationships with other businesses in person. According to Hubspot, more than 80% of people say that they prefer in person meetings. Not only that, 85% say that they believe stronger and more meaningful relationships are built through in person interactions at meetings and business conferences.
ImaginNetworking reaches out to Raleigh
To facilitate deeper in person interactions between local businesses, Imaginovation is launching ImaginNetworking. The goal of this initiative is to create in-person networking opportunities for businesses in the Triangle.
We recognize the demands on your company, but also the need to carve out time to make those essential connections. That’s why ImaginNetworking events are structured to allow you to get the most bang for your time. These are focused, targeted events that allow business owners to connect with one another while also learning some valuable in person business development information from experts. There is so much swirling around in the world of business today, and it’s important for businesses to be ready for what’s coming and what’s already here.
Business development can be overwhelming. With all of the things already going on in your business, this is an essential part that’s easily missed. That’s why we’re working hard to make sure that there are opportunities for you to have simpler, more straightforward business networking opportunities that fit the busy nature of your life.
It’s important that networking events not only give you time to talk and connect, but also offer a topic that can work as a gateway for those important conversations. That’s why ImaginNetworking events include speakers who can focus on a hot-button topic that matters to you. These speakers will be brief and will give you a jumping off point for networking conversations.
June 7th ImaginNetworking Event
In just a week, Imaginovation will hold its first networking event here in the Triangle.
This event is for established companies with more than 10 employees who are looking for ways to collaborate, to network, and to discuss hot topics in technology, entrepreneurship and marketing. It’s perfect for Raleigh area companies that want to expand their business by networking with allies in the area.
For our first meeting, Michael Georgiou (Co-Founder and CMO of Imaginovation) will speak for 5-10 minutes on how SEO helped him close his first 100K deal. This talk will be short, but also informative and inspiring. The heart of this event, however, is networking rather than speaking. Most of the time will be given over to meeting with other local business owners and making those invaluable connections that mean so much in the long run. You won’t want to miss the chance to meet with and connect with people in the Triangle who get your business and who can open doors to new opportunities for you as a business owner.
Here are the details about this first ImaginNetworking event:
Location: Despina’s Café – 8369 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh NC
Date: Wednesday, June 7, 2017
RSVP: If you’d like to attend, please RSVP on the ImagiNetworking event page on Meetup
What to bring: Business cards! Despina’s is offering a raffle for attendees. Plus, you’ll want to have business cards to share with other attendees.
The Raleigh area is rife with businesses and individuals to help you to reach your goals. By connecting with other local business owners, you may find opportunities that you didn’t even know existed. We hope you will join us for our inaugural ImaginNetworking event!
